It's clear by now that my gallery is a hodge-podge of different styles and techniques. A lot of my artwork is from my under-graduate days as I tried to figure out what I want to do as an artist. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your point of view, I'm still somewhat lost as to what my specific aesthetic is.

Painting is my love of loves. However, I find that lacking a studio (or a place with good lighting) impedes my growth in that area. So my focus has mainly been on digital art. I'm new to digital painting and I'm working with Photoshop 7 on a beyond ancient Mac. Translation: it's slow work. I also like to shift my focus and techniques to keep my creativity sharp. I also find I locate errors more if I've given the work room "to breathe."
